Arrogant and Unfair Manager Pawan is a rude and arrogant manager who harms employees careers insted of helping them grow. He acts like a company and punishes people harshly for small mistekes instead of explaining things properly , he gives unclear instructions and expects others understand. he brags a lot but only works on easy SEO tasks that succeed on thier own his knowledge is outdated , and he doesnt keep up with new trends he does not respect creativity and just orders juniors around . if someone disagree with him , he keep track of them and wait for small mistake to fire them . he himself lacks real SEO knowledge but convinces Managment with his words. sadly the management believes him , making the workplace toxic not a good manager to work under if you want a pasitive work environment

Had the worst experience working here. Very partial treatment to fellow colleagues. Fires people if not obeying whatever is told. Too much language favouritism. Rely only on AI and not human knowledge or texts. Quality is not given any importance, but just the percentage of AI detected through AI checkers. Will blame people unnecessarily and put them either on PIP or just randomly fire them without prior notice.

I really enjoy the collaborative culture and opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

Every company has areas for improvement, and one challenge here is the every department has to joining the hands to grow the organization in the coming days.

I work at Simpliaxis, but I can certainly appreciate the positives of being a part of one! many people enjoy the collaborative environment, opportunities for growth, and the chance to work on meaningful projects. it's also great to build relationships with colleagues and be a part of a shared mission.

It's a nice workplace to improve skills where you can add on skills by learning there. Most of the people are supportive .

No proper management. Partital to certain teams by giving permanent work from home and not at all giving to one team
