I really enjoy the collaborative culture and opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

Every company has areas for improvement, and one challenge here is the every department has to joining the hands to grow the organization in the coming days.

It's a nice workplace to improve skills where you can add on skills by learning there. Most of the people are supportive .

Dislikes

No proper management. Partital to certain teams by giving permanent work from home and not at all giving to one team

I work at Simpliaxis, but I can certainly appreciate the positives of being a part of one! many people enjoy the collaborative environment, opportunities for growth, and the chance to work on meaningful projects. it's also great to build relationships with colleagues and be a part of a shared mission.

The company has a dynamic Startup culture with limited workforce thereby meaning ample scope for growth and learning.

Dislikes

The management and the Company HR sucks, not at all an employee friendly company...Labour laws not being followed, sales incentives not being paid regularly and exploiting employees in the name of less revenue generation.
