The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Our company is manufacturing of side member of automobile vehicle. The simplex metal processors is vendor of Volvo Eicher, man motors,SML Isuzu, Mahindra and Mahindra. I m very happy to made the part of simplex metal, I was doing work as a enjoy.

Work culture is decent , seniors put extra burden on new employees those are capable of doing everything . Some below average people are at higher position.

Dislikes

Working hours is of 10 hrs per shift . No medical insurance , no CL , no PL . If someone takes leave for a single day they deduct salary . Management is very poor there is no bus facilitiy , canteen is dirty everything is messed up.

Salary and career growth is slow and responsibilities are increasing. On the job training is not given .
