Work culture is decent , seniors put extra burden on new employees those are capable of doing everything . Some below average people are at higher position.

Working hours is of 10 hrs per shift . No medical insurance , no CL , no PL . If someone takes leave for a single day they deduct salary . Management is very poor there is no bus facilitiy , canteen is dirty everything is messed up.

The simplex metal processors is vendor of Volvo Eicher, man motors,SML Isuzu, Mahindra and Mahindra. I m very happy to made the part of simplex metal, I was doing work as a enjoy.

H.R. to create jobs here. Because of this, the Production HOD takes money, keeps him for 6 months and then harasses you so much that you are forced to leave the job.
