There is pure bengali culture. A bengali employee can get more salary hike and promotion without good performance. But non-bengali employee has to perform better for getting an average salary hike and promotion.

Average Working Environment, yearly leave benifit found okay.

Salary is delayed by 8 to 10 months, management found corrupted, management support only there relatives and added them with corruption. But rest other employees is getting unbalanced due to unpaid salary. Our career and financial has been finished after joining with this Organisation.😢

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike anf bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

... particularly in my department is good way better than the other departments. During COVID lockdown very few people have been laid off, though the salary have been delayed for 3-4 months, the work culture is like any other company ok okay. The management is not at all good, they don’t take any firm decisions and did nothing to ensure employee safety before the first official lockdown. Till now there is no official company policy to allow people to work from home, only we few who insist on working from home are working from home. Even after having an alarming number of positive cases the company still expects us to come to the office that too in public transport.

Culture of the company is very good. Work is also very knowledgeable. For freshers it can be the best choice to upscale skills and if not have any financial problems. Also if you are a Bengali then it can a plus for you.

Dislikes

There is no fixed time for salary not only dates people working here didn't get salary for months. Some have pending salary of more than 12+ months (Excluding other perks eg. house rent, etc).
