No strong management , no working culture , all mechaneries is very old mostly equipment on hire

Dislikes

Salary delay about 4-5 month , no advance facility, working hours 15-16 hours everyday, no any culture at site, no drinking water at site, senior person not taken any action about delay salary, Here's too much problems

Earlier it used to be a very good company but nowadays it is certainly not so. Defaulting on salary payments for a long long time. No work culture. Young people would be worse off working there.

Dislikes

Mismanagement in the admin department.they do not treat employees well after they resign . Appraisal is provided only to those who butter the management head . ,not to those who work hard and are deserving .

We have not received our salary since last 10 months. After so many requests we could not get any help from Simplex Infrastructures Ltd in COVID 19 lockdown period. As on today each employee of this group is struggling for their salaries and other outstanding. Total projects assigned to simplex are stopped due to fund issues, Delhi zone GST also locked by Govt of India. Our suggestions for those who are going to join this group are that please don't leave your current job for Simplex.

Now days nothing.

Dislikes

Salary is not regular before corona. After corona not paying salary at all. Who is resigned theirs salary is due about 9 months to 18 months. Who is working theirs salary also not paid atleast 18 Months. Head office is not responding on phone and email for salary. Very worst conditions. Now this company is in coma and live on ventilator.
