Good for freshers for gaining knowledge about projects, process & other technical things which are needed for a project.

Dislikes

Salary isn't done in a periodic manner. Work culture and environment is terrible. Don't ask for promotion/ increment although you are the most suitable candidate.

Lot of things to learn while working as their representatives.Various catagories of Projects to work on.

Salary Structure and Regularity.In frequent times you get paid at an interval od 3 to 4 months or more.Salary is too less compared to hard work.

All ok but company policies is too poor. No salry hike on yearly basis.

Salary is too delay. I worked in this company since July 2011 to August 2021 and I resigned the company in August 2021 but My 2 month salary and TA bill expanse still pending. It's very painful

I got good knowledge on field work. It was a good platform to start my carrier by improving my skills and knowledge.

As i was working through a vendor so getting salary was a headache to get in right time.

It's somewhat good for civil engineers and will get to work in some big projects

Dislikes

...e for personal life. Company has no standard and just exploit it's employees. 2-3 months salary delay is a common practice. Favouritism is prevalent, hard work is not rewarded. No job security.
