...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good ,appraisal are fair and they give good, salary hike and bonus every year

Very good upto year 2013 , but afterward it become very poor , not paying salary to the employees , work culture was very average ,not like an ISO company , just like road side construction company's . Management is very poor ,as you can say very belowgraded .

Culture of the company is very good. Work is also very knowledgeable. For freshers it can be the best choice to upscale skills and if not have any financial problems. Also if you are a Bengali then it can a plus for you.

There is no fixed time for salary not only dates people working here didn't get salary for months. Some have pending salary of more than 12+ months (Excluding other perks eg. house rent, etc).
