... delayed on an average; there are some who haven't received salary since a year. But, few people have kept good relationship with MIS dept and bags their salary on time - which shows what control the management has on its departments. Hundreds have resigned because of this salary issue. There's no medical insurance, no bonus, no increment. Promotion is often given to the ones in good book. There are wrong people heading wrong departments. It's hard to believe but even proper chair is not provided to employees in office! While 'fund issue' is always stated to employees, crores of rupees are spent for Vaastu and directors' cars. There is groupism and back-stabbing everywhere. Another dreaded issue is lack of slightest job security. Every single day almost everyone is scared of losing job. Stay away from this company at any cost.

Good for freshers for gaining knowledge about projects, process & other technical things which are needed for a project.

Dislikes

Salary isn't done in a periodic manner. Work culture and environment is terrible. Don't ask for promotion/ increment although you are the most suitable candidate.

I can learn things from here. But no such work training is provided but 1 yr training period is mentioned. So, Nothing to like that much about this company.

...h time). Sunday is also no holiday. It is half duty mostly. Almost No Holiday. Salary is so less for 1 yr. training. Salary is not on time. So, it is very issue for us. No Salary Increment from 4 yrs.

I have learned different types of new technology.simplex give me the power to handling junior staff and labour contractor.

Complany don't give salary regularly sometimes it's goes 2-3 months later.Also company doesn't give increment and promotion in regular intervals.

Lot of things to learn while working as their representatives.Various catagories of Projects to work on.

Salary Structure and Regularity.In frequent times you get paid at an interval od 3 to 4 months or more.Salary is too less compared to hard work.
