Nothing They are not a company, but just some brokers who hired people and deploy to projects for clients. And after that they don't care about what challenges you are facing .

Dislikes

The HR are too slow, they don't have any website of their own, u cant even apply for leave, all is manual process. They commit high work performance on candidates. Behalf and then the project manager expects resource to work on weekends and also 10-12 hours everyday saying that it is the requirement. At that time you will feel stuck because noone from simpalm is going to help you then

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
