Here Employee didn't get a salary from the last three month and management is so careless about business and their employee worst ever experience which is inhuman and beyond the imagination

Due to very poor Senior Management and site management there is no compensation of our work at site. work pressure is high. we have to work 16-18 hours straight day through out the year facilities at site provided by company are also very poor due to some personell benefit of site management. as I am from instrument depart I have to attend calls in night also in commissioning period but site manager and senior management of company do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to compromise all the time I do receive appreciation from clients but they mostly goes un noticed during time of appraisals

I worked here for around 9 years and 7 months . I hope that I might have guided properly to my juniors.

A new CEO Rakesh Verma had joined in the January 2017. He started forcing to resign the old employees. But what ever Rakesh Verma brought as replacement of old employees were of poor technical knowledge and experience. Most of the replaced employees were namoonas not the naginas. Hence company started ruining. Now it has become small company with no work.
