Very bad office politics. Working hours system. Job security (they are firing experienced employee after 3 4 years and hiring low experience employee for low salary) Working style (there is not good details brief regarding works)

Good Work Culture, Good for freshers in terms of learning purposes, Average salary compared to the market, Managed work-life balance, and Flexible work hours.

Dislikes

For the Experience, Employee technical growth is a major concern here as they majorly focus on client relations and quick delivery.

Overall pay and appraisal are less than industry standard and experienced engineers are paid less.

Likes

Culture, work opportunities, learning certification. Company provides good learning goals and materials and training. For communication and language improvement they provides Training using Learning and Development activities. Heavily invests on Trainee and Training. Majority of department have big teams around 40 members average, if you are ready to WFO then you will learn and grow more. While reading feedback for PHP/Opensource department it seems it's targeted review and specifically given by One person who himself good at Politics. I have seen the same comment (copy paste) written on other platforms as well As former member of PHP team I haven't seen any such issues, I would love to rejoin if there is opportunity

Training to nominated reporting managers. Ontime software for time tracking (however this helps to decide OT )

I like work flexibility, culture, and agile working processes.

Dislikes

There are politics and favoritism in the team. Some people who are close to the manager are assigned only to one project for years, while others get overloaded with multiple projects again and again. Managers need to be observed as well for team project allocation. Manager behavior is also not friendly like before.
