Very bad company.high management is not good as like pm and HR person. HR person is a cook supervisor.he don't know how to do behaviour with employee.he is also a cheater.he hold your payment . Simar company all documents documents as like payment slip and offer letter and it's benefit all are duplicate and non standard.so that I think not join in this group .this is a big fake company.

Senior Management is not good they takes everything personally and irritate. Never allow to work independently and wants just do what he wants and then will give wrong information to CMD Sir and JMD Sir. Efforts of some one else and name of some one else

The company is big and the annual turnover is also very good, but the site management is very bad where the employee is exploited and discriminated against. Nothing is done in the name of increment of the employee for 2-2 years, this is also the gift of the site management, the rest, the JMD, CMD of the company are very good and knowable,Along with this, they also have good thoughts about the employees. But the site management is very useless for most of the sites, due to which most of the employees are still looking for opportunities while working there.When we had also joined, we were thinking that we want to move ahead with the company, but the site management tortured us so much that we had to do job somewhere else, which was their client. There is a need to correct site management by mixing peace, otherwise no employee will be able to stay with the company for long.

Learning steag point of views this site is very good. Every staff behaviour is excellent.

Higher management policies is very poor.career growth is very slow.No any one facilities provide for his staff. And seeing future is dark.
