If we talk about compensation point of view then it is quite decent but the pressure level is quite high or we can say the expectations to meet targets is quite high on daily basis .

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. They give you 9 hours of shift and for 8 straight hours you have to work. Manager do not value individuals. The mindset of company official is very old. There is no job satisfaction.

Company is good only if you are a fresher because here you learn how to work and handle people that is it....... Worst company when it comes to work environment even the HR lies

I dislike everything except my salary and DIP amount provided in every 6 monthd

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Management is worse especially sukhpreet singh(here AM lying all the time to be on safer side) ,working environment for working women is worse,not at all cooperative,you will even be forced not to go on team outing as a girl or women,zero work-life balance,salary is awesome but you will be out after one year after your process stability, on the top of this it is totally lala based company running by seniors who are working from so much time period that they helping ultimate reporting juniors in creating bad n worse working culture here. My advice is not to join this company even if they providing awesome salary, please don,t make your life hell here.nobody will hear you.
