There is nothing to be liked. They are using worse material in structural part. Even the rcc they are using has been rejected by many mid repo firm to it's quality. There are no tested conducted on sites. The staff at sites has to work late night and under high pressure of seniors and even contractor as they don't work as per your instruction.

You want survive if someone in the company is your relative.

There is honestly nothing good about them, specially the sales head is a pathetic person,plays politics,screw employees career,I hope and pray God and Karma show him the hell someday.he is simply skilless and useless person ,no personality, orthodox and naive

The sales head Anil kukreja is the worst person to work with,he is simply useless,he humiliate the employees and only help ppl who will keep doing his chamcha giri.

Likes

The company has been quite supportive during my service period with them, a gteat place for developing your learning curve,the Project team leaders are the best teachers and guides, over all work experience has been amazing, the issue always lied with deliverance of salaries on time, of people who have a higher salary structure, as of COVID-19 and the support received, its been 6 months since my resignation, and I still have'nt received my F & F cheque.

I don't dislike anything. Everything was amazing, both work and learning find a balance at Silverglades.
