Work is interesting but the people are not.

Dislikes

They don't pay you adequately and will exploit you as much as possible. The worst is their office politics. Social media manager Bhavya handles most of office work so her ego is at 7th heaven and either you become a lapdog to her or she'll start playing games with you in the office until you start giving her importance or get so frustrated that you resign. But since she's handling everything boss also have a blind eye towards her. There's no culture of overtime even if they'll ask you to work late and come on holidays.
