During my time here, I noticed that internal politics and unclear communication created unnecessary challenges in the work environment. This is mostly been done by HR and CAO -Poonam Yadav. More transparency and support from leadership would greatly improve workplace morale and employee satisfaction.

All 5 star ratings are fake. Posted with in 2 days. A LaLa Land. Family run business. No process, join in billing shift in front office. Strict Hire and fire policy. Probably More employee hired than total patient treated since opening.

Every thing... There is not to like or dislike as I say everything is patatic... No work culture.. No doctors... Even there is no management... Everything is bull shit... Higher management rule higher & fire that called have attitude..

Doctor V. K. Gupta is very soft hearted person, and his Son Doctor Utkarsh Gupta is good person. I was happy to work for them.

TPA executive Praveen is very clever and cheap person. He was not supportive and helpful, He can't work with a team. He thinks that He can do everything himself, He doesn't have professional skills.

The wife of Director is very unprofessional. She interfere in everything without having the core knowledge of that. She is always doing panchayt with class ground level staff.
