I dislike the way people's salaries are different, where as one is getting a large salary than his/her colleague when they work at the same position. That is the only dislike l have.

When I was a Nurse I got promoted as ICO but after one contract company discontinued the position of ICO during that time higher authorities assured me that I can come back to my previous position . That' not happened after one year of my disembarkation.When i Spoke to company officials they are saying that I should attend another interview again I felt really bad bcz I didn't resign from the Company even though I was ready to attend interview no further information from the Company.

In relation to the customer satisfaction we are the best. Guests are considered as God and every step taken in this company is done thinking about our guests in mind. During covid times they keep on sending mails and training reminding us that they haven't forgotten us and we will be back someday soon.

The management is highly educated and you can learn a lot. The Crew accommodation is fantastic. The company has small ships going to Polar Areas and its great to see these place while working where people dream to go to.

The management is micromanaging.
