This is company very bad because its deduct the PF in Salary both side & not deposit full PF. It is cut the every month PF but not deposit every month & last one year deposit PF with small amount in your PF Account. Over all this company is giving very bad services.

Silicon is very bad company. Its not cover his employee medical or leaves. Not giving salary on time, it is very big issue for this company.

Only good thing is you will learn everything you need as a developer.

Worst. You will do everything. They will change your tech stack. Worst management. 2 month salary delay. If you are working well then they will give you more work. No salary hike. Some managers are good and some are worst. Don't join this company if you are experienced. They'll hire you for java but at the end will force you to work in PHP. No one will hear you.
