Hii, My name is vishal I am working in silica as a ho coordinator. I got three months complete in silica. I am very glad to get opportunity to work in silica. I like the most interactive persons. There is any discrimination about work and Gender. ALL employees are equal to work. we learnt more and innovative things at silica.The atmosphere around us very positive.

I don't have negative things to prefer. AS i am happy to work in the institute.

CEO is good rest all are useless, because of useless people ceo get false data and information and end up taking wrong decisions.

No system, No Process, The HR don’t know hiring and exit formalities. No benefit to employees, Mid-management is pathetic, they play around very smartly and end up exploiting employees.
