Senior talking behaviour from upper level post like isms, admin, and client meeting time, no growth in salary and no hike increment according to promotion level.

Company was good but salary as per accpection is very very low. Some senior are good but some senior are very roud they all time do back biching. But new commerce are must be join and learn then after experience change this job and company because they not provide job safety in future.

incentive Never come on time and sometimes even don't receive any incentive even after earning that . Here is not any fixed timings they stretch a lot . management is pathetic , they haven't corrected my designation from last 2 month i mailing but no one is responding overall not satisfied with the company .
