The office is great! So many amazing people to learn from. People are kind and welcoming. The founder's are super knowledgeable & approachable. The team I work with has the best culture, they are so helpful. The company does so many things, has so many buisnesses, it is growing at such a fast pace as well. Its home business which is running on old fashioned.. Way far behind from other competitors in market & not ready to accept any changes.. They don't operate on IFM model, its only manpower provider organisation.. No learning & development within organisation. And many more...

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
