There was nothing to like about the institution. Except for the fact that I love to teach. So the only saving grace was the time I used to spend with the students.

Dislikes

They never pay on time, never. Make unnecessary cuts in your salary. They won't allow you to talk with your colleagues, even when the students are gone. And the whole work culture is extremely unprofessional, to an extent where they wish to regulate whom you meet after the work hours, even when you have left their job. In addition, they encourage one employee to gossip against another, creating a very pathetic work environment to work in.
