Worst work culture. Probably no one has ever seen such a bad office environment. If someone is at senior level here, they insult the junior as they like. I couldn't work in the content department for 5 days, mental trauma will start if anyone joins here. Inhuman management team, HR team. If you complain about something to the head of the HR team, she says that you have to accept whatever he/she says if you want to work here. I will tell everyone to think twice before joining this office.

The work culture at my current office is extremely challenging. There is a lack of respect for junior staff in the content department, and I found it difficult to work there for even five days due to the negative environment. The management and HR teams seem to lack empathy and professionalism. When I raised concerns to the head of HR, I was told to accept the situation if I wanted to continue working there. I would caution anyone considering joining this company to think carefully about their decision, as the work culture and management practices are subpar. Additionally, there are issues with transparency and honesty from both management and senior team leads, and the company seems to lack clear project direction, often assigning tasks that do not align with the job title or role.

Environment is very friendly. You`ll get full support from your seniors. I personally got a supportive team leader which helps me to work efficiently. Full work-life balance.
