Nothing ,not a good place for working

Mon to Saturday working , very less salary not as per market standard . no increment after probation they tend to extend to avoid salary increase . Management is not good . worst place to work .

1. Don't trust Hr usually they will not mention salary details in offer letter. While telling they will tell grass salary as your net salary but after 1st month salary only you will get to know your net salary. 2. Every month they will deduct travell allowance for that amount you need to work 1 year after confirmation so if you leave in between that amount will not come. 2.There is no growth. 3.You can't learn more here. 4.Think twice before joining here. 5.Hr policy need to update 6.Medical insurance coverage is only one lack. Don't know when thay will give card. 7.Hr they will not talk properly. 8.There is no facilities for employees. 9.There is no leaves up to 1 year. So if you take leave within 1 year that will be considered as LOP.

There is no Job security for Mid and senior level employees. It is very rare that the probation period for Manger level employee will be confirmed. Simply they will drag to another 03 months and finally show the way to go out from company.

Dislikes

It's my own experience. Management is not broad minded. They will expect your work efficiency 3 times the salary they will provide. Not a good place to work.

Dislikes

there is no facility of manuefacturing at inhouse, from scratch itself decission making to requirement so delayed to take approval and inhouse system itself too lague the process, 200% external dependancy including critical parts to manuefacture.
