Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Normally good for work, all employee are good and I also like employee re-hire policy. Instrument are available for all employe, I work happily

Job security is good. Work environment and culture is well. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

They give poor salary hike and bonus every year, There is not a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Career growth is slow.

Likes

Team mates were very good. No training system. No job security. Career will be same as you entered. Forget about appraisal. Travel is good. Too much politics have to face. Learning is good. Work environment is adjustable.

Dislikes

Company will not pay any of your balance (Earned leaves and other) if you resign even maintaining all the norms and protocols.

Nothing is in favour of company from my point of view everything is below standard.

Dislikes

Mostly skill development is too poor to upgrade After entering there is no promotion option Managers are too impulsive to take or to guide the project properly Work satisfaction is worst only you have to do as an software Engineer device calibration So better to stay ahead from this exploiting nature company
