...nagement (especially one person in the management ,everyone has problem with)... also company is not making any money and won't be able to pay the employees for too long. When I joined there were around 50 people and as of today there are only 16 employees (whf + wfo) and out of which 90% the new people who are not aware about the management.

Likes

Firstly half of the reviews look like they are written by the amateur HR interns who are like run by management. Specifically the CFO who is a typical Jannai. Good points work life balance is okay. Apart from CFO poking his nose in your personal matter and trying to be your daddy. Some teams are ambitious as well.

Dislikes

...gnificant. It's not a customer or employee centric company but founder centric. How the founders can draw there salary. One of which is only the boostful and not fit for the role. Growth level is minimal here because they lack ambition and most importantly the skillset to make it big. There is no culture here and the cfo thinks he is your daddy and tries to run a slave show. And when you exit that's the worst part. You cannot as you are in slavery they will keep you stuck for exit documents.please connect with ex employees and get your real reviews. Donot fall for the trap
