Everything is bad in this company. No Job security they can fire any time without any notice period. They can treat like a labour . buy a fake review on google don't trust of that. no time flexbility. no work life balance . you have to coming on time but outgoing time is not fix.

...r 1 month they will show how they are. Not even giving salary to marketing guys. There are only 2 3 employee who are getting salary on time who are very old. Otherwise these people give salrt after a month. No fix timing. No career growth. Wrost experience i hav ever faced.

Everything. No carrier growth. Salary not credit on time. If they are providing you salary. They will give cash for saving income tax. Only cash transaction are there. Fraud company.

I started here as a fresher , was worried about lot of corporate norms and values and work But guess what I joined the company with a very smooth and candid process.. and sooner I was described about all the norms and values into a very smooth process. There is no peer discrimination. Seniors and upper management provide timely support.

It was one of the fantastic decision of mine to choose Sigma IT as my dream company.There are end number of things to describe about sigma some of them includes Employee appraisals on time, Prper shift timings and lucrative benefits to employees time to time etc.
