In my experience of almost 3 years, I've learned a lot. The best thing is you are trusted with your responsibilities by your higher ups. Your importance is not counted in terms of your designation but it is counted on the basis of your knowledge, capabilities, work and loyalty. The work culture is very nice which is very important for one to freely and without any pressure.

Thank you, Sir Rahul. I got to work in STRC and improve my skills while also learning new things at SIGMA. It was a pleasure to work with my colleagues Neetu Ma'am, Deepika, Nitin, Ashit sir, Aparna ma'am, Nidhi ma'am, and excellent trainees. Cherish those memories and that wonderful time in my life. I'm able to succeed in my current position.

Good environment, excellent work and all staff are very well behavior. Helping nature is good all staff. And my boss Rahul sir is so good. They know about all staff very well and everyone likes Rahul sir. If anyone work in sigma test and research that guy become all rounder in his/her field.

I love the fact that I'm part of sigma family. This organisation is always very supportive and are supporting during covid too. They have doubled there facilities for their employees. There is work-life balance and learning environment.
