...ve any queries. Everyone is overburdened with work. Only want to do extra work. Salary never on time ...salary always 20 days delay. They Cancelled all approved Holidays and leaves. Very Negetive working environment. Fund shortage. They do alot of TERMINATIONs. Attrition rate is very high here. Employee can stay maximum upto 6 months only. No extra benefits. Only Work overload. We work after 6:30 daily

I work loyally, but they treat me like a shit. I was working more than 5 years but they didn't provide graduavity & settlement they given my salary as settlement

Don't waste your time here, these are fraud people, they hold first month, 50 days salary . Be Careful This Type Lalla Company. Don't waste your future by joining here. The owner also gives the household Works to the employees. People doing work in fear environment No work policy.

It has good thing it has all employers supported to each one to other and have to work here with team working and also supportive by senior. Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is average and career growth is slow .salary not get on fixed schedule date.

During lockdown they didn't any support to us. They didn't provide any work from home options, and after one month they stopped crediting to salary. I kept contact to them but they didn't any response. There is no time for salary. Sometimes the salary is received on the 15th of the following month, sometimes after the 25th. If you argue with your boss then you will be definitely transfer to leg and andmaan.
