Salary time par nahi milta ha, time ka kuchh pata nahi ki kab tak rukna hai.Koi bhi saaman time se nahi aata hai. Management paise nahi dega vendor ko par saaman na aaye to store ko bola jata hai. Ki tumne kyu nahi magwaya phir juta dikhaya jata hai.Bola jata hai ki gate ke bahar fek denge aur jute se maaruga.Management ka jab man karta hai sunane ko to bula liya jaata hai.Aur HR vahin khade hokar maje leta hai jab ye sab baaten hoti hai.Bahut hi gandi company hai koi niyam nahi hai yaha par.Ek hi niyam hai HR ke pas ki Management ko kaise khus rakhna hai uske liye kuchh bhi karte hain. Chanda ikattha karte hain janmdin manane ke liye saare kaam rok denge.phone nahi uthayenge kahin fas jao to aur management me bhi pata hai ki kisko khus karna hai in sab chijon me HR bahut hi tej hain.hame bulaya jata hai kuchh bol kar phir kuchh aur karaya jata hai.koi GM kuchh bhi nahi hai yaha par bas management aur HR wo jo chahenge wo karwa lenge.executive aur manager me bharti karte hain par kaam lebar ka karwate hain gadhon ke jaise karte raho.koi mat aana yha.

Salary not in time. Unrealistic targets are given by the management and salary is based on the same. If your targets are not fulfilled then your salary won't be released also HR full supports this. Never did the delivery on time..if you have taken sufficient time from customer even then it will not be delivered untill customer doesn't abuse you. Only focusing to get the money from customer once money is received then they don't care about delivery. They do not plan for any production even do not procure any raw material but asks for full payment also payment is received on individual employees account so that can save GST and all. This is the company who has made bottom line benchmark, no Company can go below this. Don't come to this company in any department this the hell only. You will feel better only during the interview and first 4-5 days in this because the priority then will be only you but it is hell only.

If you can work hard and able to handle and engage in the work at all the time from 9-6 or 9-10 hours in a day due to excess work load then you can join

...ime if they want you are not fit for the work without any warning or intimation. Also after resign of left the job you have to regular follow up for the balance salary clearance and for documents like reliving letter and experience letter they didn't given . Also the not given salary in account not any salary slip provided by them. Hr not pickup the call and not replying your messages or mails. I was left the company on 19th April but till after one month I am not receiving the experience letter after given 8 reminders to the hr taking MDs in the CC.

...ining compensession provided by company, only targeting to save taxes from govt. thats why all the employess are offrole and geeting salary by QR code by any company person and even company uses the employee's account for their operation/installation. No salary slip, No oppointment letter, No leave policy, No salary by company account( NEFT), No proof of employeement for future. They can fire in any moment so never join and save your precious time.

...Good as he built the empire but his son is a joker who wants some boot lickers. If you are unemployed don't join even then also because they will make you work and Salary time they will say target not achived

I can write an essay about negative 1)Salary comes on 15th , 20th of every month (Disclamer : if it comes ) 2) If your target is not achived every month Salary is hold , owner does not sign on your salary cheque. (Targets are given as such that wont be achieved) 3) They won't the business from Day one , They will harass you if you won't achieve the business 4)Building is so much old that snakes and other animals can be seen 5)One toilet for employess that is Password protected . No Soap nothing , Even water isnt there . many times 6)They hire you for 3 months and when you dont get salary and resign . They say first to siugn on No Dues . Forget about F&F. 7)Timings 9.30- 7:00 8)No salary Slip etc,No pf. Even your Salary can come from any customer account so that PF deduction is not there. 9)They won't give you travel and bring business but don't give TA DA, even if you go by your own and claim afterward TA DA, They Won't give you and keep you rotated. As per them, you are being given salary for Sales to generate sales you need to go by your own :) Only locals of Kanpur who have very less salary can survive here
