...ining compensession provided by company, only targeting to save taxes from govt. thats why all the employess are offrole and geeting salary by QR code by any company person and even company uses the employee's account for their operation/installation. No salary slip, No oppointment letter, No leave policy, No salary by company account( NEFT), No proof of employeement for future. They can fire in any moment so never join and save your precious time.

...curity. HR will eject you in one go. There are no FNF. FNF system doesn't exist. Your salary will be on hold for prior month. There are no documents. HR need not provide to employees. They always are occupied. Their goal is to make management happy. HR have just begun to boost review of company. This is achieved by deleting bad reviews. Current employees are being asked to provide 5 star rating. On 12th Feb, there were 5-6 reviews. Each received a 5-star. Do not trust the 5-star rating. These were given under duress. There are many issues. However honest advice is to not join this company. You could join a baniya shop. Such a move would be greater than this.

If you can work hard and able to handle and engage in the work at all the time from 9-6 or 9-10 hours in a day due to excess work load then you can join

...ime if they want you are not fit for the work without any warning or intimation. Also after resign of left the job you have to regular follow up for the balance salary clearance and for documents like reliving letter and experience letter they didn't given . Also the not given salary in account not any salary slip provided by them. Hr not pickup the call and not replying your messages or mails. I was left the company on 19th April but till after one month I am not receiving the experience letter after given 8 reminders to the hr taking MDs in the CC.

... another. Good work-life balance, provides all facilities in times of emergency. Provided monetary support (full salary) during COVID lockdown also. Always appreciated when good work is done.

HR part is the worst as they are there to save their job only by making management happy and they very well know what management wants to hear and the most free department because they have only work to make management happy. They are saying that they will make this MNC but this is a retail shop only. They don't have any limitations on their tongue as they usually say Jute se maruga. No job security, HR will throw you out on one go without any FNF, there is no FNF system and your salary will also be on hold for the previous month. There are no documents HR have to provide to employees because they always be busy to make management happy. HR have now started to enhance the review of the company by eliminating the bad reviews and asking current employees to give 5 star rating. There are 5-6 reviews given on 12th Feb with 5star so do not see the 5 star rating these are done forcefully. There are bundle of issues but the honest suggestion is no to join this company despite you can join a baniya shop that would be greater than this.
