If senior's have no work then they start meeting in the board room. Even you have to attend the meeting at night 8pm because its MD's wishes to do the meeting at the same time. Now comes on holidays, your holidays even national holidays can be cancelled anytime there is no certainty about holiday. Now come to the appraisal, If you ask for salary then you will become the politician. But one fantastic thing once in a meeting you will become the future Dy. CEO after next day meeting you will become the roadside man.
