There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is descent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners. Facilities are provided by the management to their preferred employees only. The facilities offered to you are proportional to the relationship with the managers at BHS.

Likes

Being a Public company the work culture and career growth is best. And the compensation is good in the industry. One can definitely start his/her career with such an organisation.

Dislikes

As such no issues. But you have to always adjust in new environment.

1. Company's work culture is very good. 2. It's environment and ambiance is also good. 3. Every senior is very supportive. 4. Extra activities like trainings, EEPs and cultural functions makes the company one of It's kind.

I like in sigma theri working hours. All the employee at head office leave the office at 6 o'clock nobody will told for working after working hours even on monthly closing and yearly closing.

Dislikes

I dislike the leave police of company, if we puch after 9.35am it will be half day even if you regular puch on time. All the policies are bound employee not the company

No job secure , you out by company any time without any clarification, sigma mineral limited is very bad company , company managment not fair, all over working experience very bad.
