Plant Head is good.

Dislikes

There is no good work Environment, owner Sardar is very rude, use abusive language, Their is no hierachy maintain, owner unnecessorily interfare day to day in your ground work, treat like you are slave. Hire and fire are daily activity. Average life of accounts people-3 months, HR & Admin-6 months, store & Purchase-6 to 9 months, same condition for other department. A professional can not survive there.

Enjoyed excellent working culture with ethical value. Manegement and staffs are very cordial.Their is huge scope for beginner to learn.Staff welfare and facilitates are upto mark.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
