...uick interviews after that if there is no client they will treat you diffrently. They asked you to give the money return back if you are not ready pay a group of HR people threaten you. No work ethics. They will treat like criminals. Now they spoiled my career totally. I'm not able to join other companies

All the tenure employees will be treated as freshers there will be no guidance niether you will interact with your manager but some random guy will provide your performance ratings for sure who would have not said hello in your whole time with this organisation 👍🏼

I would like to express my gratitude to the company for the professional journey I have experiences here. When i first joined, i was brought on board as a java developer. Over time, I transitioned to Android development a field which i had the opportunity to learn and grow extensively while still being a part of this organization.. This transition not only signifies the flexibility and growth potential that our company offers but also he trust and belief the team had in my potential. The support and learning environment provided here have been instrumental in my development. I am truly thankful to the company for these opportunities and for believing in my capabilities. It's been a privilege to work and grew here..

SightSpectrum is one of the good companies and I am saying this because the training given by SightSpectrum was really useful and better working culture and an ok package during training and you can get the salary on time.

I would suggest, please arrange an Interview for the resources as soon as possible once they have done the training.

* I got assigned to a good team which has a good manager. So he encouraged me to learn different technologies than what we have trained. * Good place to start my career after a long gap. * I think if you are looking at a fast pacing learning and a competitive environment this is a place for you.
