Very bad environment and no professionalism kabhi Mt jana boss bhot kharb hai paise bilkul ni dega offer letter Tak mahino bd Mila and kabhi bhi kisi ko nikal deta hai naresh bhot he bura hai enke systems khud sabse purane hai employees ko bhi sahi systems ni de sakte kaam karne k liye too companies ko kya denge ye log, paise role hue hai etne logo k Dene k liye. Kabhi galti se bhi galti mat karna yaha kaam karne ki jo naresh owner hai vo all the time gyaan dega ye Karo vo karoo but at the end of the day usko khud laptop chalna Tak nahi ata and ye log Computer laptop rent karte hai jinko use he nahi ptaa, lunch break mein 15mins se upar hojaye to check karne ata hai ki Etna time kyu lagra hai. Apki life hell banane m koi kasar ni chodegaa please don't waste your important time on his company.

Sab kuch he bekar hai es company ka there is nothing good logo ko expect krta hai subha 9 bje se ajaye office m bethne lekin khud 12/1 aataa h upar se employees ko insaan nahi samjhta, paise bhi ni detaa manipulations karta hai paiso/ salary ko lekar. He thinks ki kisi ke mehnat k paise ni dunga to Ameer ban jaunga, free me kaam kravayaa hai or salary tk nahi di hai Naresh Garg ne. Atleast daan krdio un paiso ka otherwise that amount will automatically go in drain. God is there the amount which you didn't paid for people will definitely take you somewhere where you think that yes you have not paid the amount to the person this is why you are paying 100x amount somewhere else.

This organization is pure crap. They don't issue joining/ offer/ experience letters to their employees. Sometimes they pay salary in cash. On ground services are horrible and customers are fed up of their services. Work satisfaction is minimal and attitude of the company towards its employees is horrible. Please do not join.

Its an opportunity for candidates who are in their starting of career.The owner and vice president are the gems having lots of knowledge of corporate world and marketing strategies.Sig system gives a good exposure for a better career with polished learning techniques for the penetration of market and achieve personal goals as well as organisational's.Note: Good incentive structure😅

Working hours can be quite expandable sometime.Relations with people are long term here but not with the company.

Its really great experience in SIG for me .I learnt all the things from this company and today i am all because of SIG.I improve my English and other skills all because if SIG.

Dislikes

There is no value of my dedication and hardwork. I even work after office hour and atend clients calls after office hour.I do recieve appreciation mails from client but they get ignored during my mid year appraisals.
