...to give minimum 10 to 11 hours of his day to company. You have to work 1.3 to 2.3 hrs extra daily without any compensation.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high.somtimes, i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a days as i have to attend client calls in tha evening and sometimes late into the night managers do no value an individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.Also,there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

To Groom someone who is fresh from the college, Sietz is best place to gain knowledge from all the departments.. Gud for one who want to explore it's knowledge from all over.

Compensation is too low.. No respect for high skill person... They just want to complete the work by any of the way just.

Good work environment and work culture. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Due to there is a lot of politics and management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
