So SIESTA HOSPITALITY, TALENTPOD, SIESTA LOGISTICS, are all same trash of 1 organization...just one advice please don't join any of them if you don't want to spoil your life ...I MEAN IT... TAKE FEEDBACK FROM OLD COLLEAGUES IN LINKEDIN ...THEY WILL SHOW YOU THE PATH...JUST DON'T JOIN THERE ITS A WARNING...THANK ME LATER

Owner is the main reason to worry ...he is not a good person as human forget about the rest ..My SINCERE REQUEST IS THAT IF YOU DONT WANT TO END YOUR CAREER OR YOURSELF BY JOINING THIS ORGANIZATION..... PLEASE DON'T JOIN ITS NOT A NOTE ITS A WARNING...SAVE YOURSELF

Amaizing,The higher management has been very keen to provide their continuous support and hope to fight with COVID-19 in this lockdown period.I feel proud to be a part of this organization

I think the organization itself doesn't provide any scope to that word dislike.So I don't have any dislike concept in this organization.every thing was well managed and in proper time.

all team work work very nice when staff shortages that time otherwise department help ,nothing training anything anybody ,not job security,no career growth,

Nothing at all! Girls should just stay away from the company.

It’s run by a man who controls every individual himself. If you can not come toe to him then you can’t survive in the organisation. Also, he gives least importance to how well knowledgeable you are and gives utmost importance to how you look. If you are a girl and are pretty- then you get the job. For men- it’s very difficult.
