Nothing to like hear because there is only toilet for 100+ employees...

100s of problem within company itself... Very old mind set people. The HR team is real puppets of management and un experienced people sitting in leadership teams... Too much of micro management... Every day you need to submit the work tasks before you log off otherwise they can terminate anytime. I recommend don't join this company, if you can be a good slave then please join.

Sierra is a Product development company. This is for people who are passionate about innovation and best use of cross technology. For me, I get food for my thought. Moreover, Sierra's customers are mostly from USA. Sierra has an excellent presence in public Sector and Oil & Gas industry. I am able to utilize all my earlier skills in solutioning the Product.

Dislikes

I come from a consultant world. initially, I had surprises about the idle period, pay increment etc. But, later I understood that Siarra invests in consultants for product development and hence job is secured. Pay increase is gradual and consistent.
