Dislikes

Repeated overtime and no overtime pay. No net allowance during work from home. While working from home repeated overtime and extra day without compensation. No Indian holidays without prior notice (complementary off provided). US holiday only if no workload load (holiday gets announced max 24hrs in advance so cant properly plan anything for the off day). Improper/poor management. Major process change for any issue (major or minor) without proper planning of the effect of the process change. Not proper coordination with US team leading to lot of confusion. No compensation for unused leave. Not much scope for learning or growth as no promotion in between department. All decision for changes are done/discussed in online meeting in night shift without any official mail from management. Night meeting to be attended by everyone irrespective of shift (These are extra time we must dedicate everyday).

Good colleagues. Good for freshers.

Dislikes

Don't follow Agile methodology. No testing team involved. Low pay and no proper increment cycle. Legacy code every where and don't take any steps to move to latest technology.

5 days working, less work pressure, sometimes no work so sit idle. no one cares much about work.

Dislikes

GM Singan & Santosh are dumb managers, They can't even write or speak proper sentences without grammar mistakes. There is no exact information about PCBA or any manufaureing knowledge. Still, managed to run the company somehow. No food in the canteen, get your own tiffin, night shift must, no transport to company, no proper parking space, no individual desktop PC, Needs to share with other engineers.

if you are looking for a post-retirement job? than Sierra circuits is for you, if you desire a relaxed work culture like government then Sierra is ideal for you. if you aim to end your career path the sierra circuit is suitable for you. additionally, if you need a dumb manager(especially GM) in your work environment then Sierra Circuits has many to offer. if you love to eat food from outside then Sierra Circuits is suited for you as there is no food service in the canteen the only option is you will get biscuits, bananas & bread.

Dislikes

Dumb managers, night shifts, less holidays, feels sleepy all the time.

Management it's friendly, work culture it's very bad because no government and public holidays,only for weekends, job security it's okay based on our own performance
