Siemens Digital Industries has very good company culture and Long Term Service (LTS) benefit program and health insurance. Work life balance is okay (3 days mandatory office). One of the best company for long-term job security. Ownership culture is very good for individual contributors.

Dislikes

Salary is okay compared to market standards and there are no other benefits apart from LTS and insurance. Investment in skill development is limited only to manager's favorites. Far too much office politics, blame game and toxic work environment. Management is biased and believe the feedback from favorites without verifying the facts from other parties. Very poor conflict management.

One can choose Siemens for retirement. It has that kind of Job Security, work life balance and culture. Also you can opt for internal transfer in the company to switch the technology.

...pany it results into slow promotions your position will upgrade after 4-5 years. Also salary hike is average.

...axed. There isn't much work pressure on anyone. The learning curve is very good. You get a reasonably good salary hike year on year.

Nothing much to say. The only disappointment you'll have at times is that you would find that the new joiners even at times with lesser experience get better pay than the existing ones.
