Wonderful teammates very friendly working environment, often parties are very good at Siemens I enjoyed a lot wonderful managers who take care of me they are like friend to me that more good thing about Siemens they train the managers in such way

Less salary and benefits and sometimes I have to work more than prescribed working hours that is 12to18hours

Great work culture and work life balance, given additionally perks of working in product based company. Good Job security, very less layoffs.

Dislikes

Low salary hikes, hardly rare position level changes, long running products sometimes cause monotonous work

Good company in terms of work life balance ,employee friendly and working hour flexibility. Management understand the employee's issue and try to resolve

Salary is not up to the mark. There is no clear path for promotion and career growth in the company. Salary hikes are also not good, and recognition is lacking.

Working with Siemens was great experience. They use lastest technology in project. I have learnt a lot through out journey in Siemens. It helped me to grow professionally and personally. Most of lead and managers are helpful and down to earth in nature. It was great to be part of SIEMENS

Dislikes

Appreciation is rear thing in Siemens. Salary hike is too low.

Cant learn anything from scratch. Scope of learning or working in new technology is very less.
