Working in Siemens GBS as a BMS system engineer was very challenging, there is no work life, less salary, you have to work on Saturday and Sunday as well.

Worst company, they want donkeys only, If you are a donkey then join.

The work life balance is good. We can take more leaves compared to other companies. If you have good contacts with higher management you can enjoy most of the opportunities and benefits.

...nts in GBS Bangalore. It takes more than 6 months to fill the open positions. Poor pay and because of which people are not ready to join the company. People from average colleges and not so good academic background stay here others even if they join they either abscond or leave within a short period of time.

They are the only company to pay what they promise and to pay without any hidden deductions.They must be probably the only IT company in India paying out the Statutory bonus to the employees

The only thing is that the volume of work and the working hours do not work the same for all the teams

Teammate's are simply superb and very supportive, 5 stars on job security, salary and packages quite poor but environment is soooooo good.. Especially for woman employees it's very secured.

To be honest it is a very good organization, but you leave people not company. Department culture is pathetic

...t treated with respect and you need to put your self respect aside to work here. Salary is discussed after 6 months of joing. Job always at risk Culture of fear Very high attrition rate... Out of a team of 4, 5 resigned in 2 hears and HR didn't noticed it. Difficult to digest. Whistle blowers are always targeted and loose their jobs here
