Just a very stable company

No work life balance, don't allow employees to speak, very low compensation compared to other competitors. Very few good leaders, many old people who don't do much but are at higher levels.

Good company with good compensation.Good office working environment .

Dislikes

Extreme bureacratic organisation. Also there is tremendous internal politics. Hard for anybody who has come from organisations with clean culture. Destroying the brand name with no- work attitude.

To be honest it is a very good organization, but you leave people not company. Department culture is pathetic

...t treated with respect and you need to put your self respect aside to work here. Salary is discussed after 6 months of joing. Job always at risk Culture of fear Very high attrition rate... Out of a team of 4, 5 resigned in 2 hears and HR didn't noticed it. Difficult to digest. Whistle blowers are always targeted and loose their jobs here

Great work culture and work life balance, given additionally perks of working in product based company. Good Job security, very less layoffs.

Low salary hikes, hardly rare position level changes, long running products sometimes cause monotonous work

Good company in terms of work life balance ,employee friendly and working hour flexibility. Management understand the employee's issue and try to resolve

Salary is not up to the mark. There is no clear path for promotion and career growth in the company. Salary hikes are also not good, and recognition is lacking.
