You spend a lot of time learning. Salary compensation is a little better than the competition. Salary breakup is pro employee. Canteen has good food. Internal transfers are possible worldwide. A lot of work related travels which depends on the department.

If you are stuck in a job then it gets hard to climb up. And once the salary hits the ceiling for a level then its difficult to get a raise unless one skills up and get promoted to a higher level.

Great work life balance, employee centric, supportive and friendly management and lots of career growth opportunities.

In good number of cases there are considerable pay differences for same role and responsibilities due to unreasonable weightage for past company and institutions or background.

...st thing about Siemens is its Culture . Really a healthy environment everywhere. In COVID 19 like situation we are working from home and they are paying everyone's salary on time and there is no risk of job security for us.

I don't know .. Actually I have to think about that which is bad thing .. There are no obvious bad things in Siemens .

There is a lot of politics and the management avoid our any issues. Salary is decent but career growth is dependent on manager not in my work. On the job training is not given to new joiners and much more.

Substandard work, Mediocrity, low salary, no growth options. Don't mistake Siemens services india to be Siemens brand. It is just cost center, services company providing man power to Siemens Germany to do sub-standard work. Hardly any growth opportunity. Technology is not mainstream, may struggle to find enough opportunities in outside market. Limited learning
