Company's policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and good bonus according to the performance annually, medical facilities also fair for the employees. Good work environment.

To be honest it is a very good organization, but you leave people not company. Department culture is pathetic

...t treated with respect and you need to put your self respect aside to work here. Salary is discussed after 6 months of joing. Job always at risk Culture of fear Very high attrition rate... Out of a team of 4, 5 resigned in 2 hears and HR didn't noticed it. Difficult to digest. Whistle blowers are always targeted and loose their jobs here

Great work culture and work life balance, given additionally perks of working in product based company. Good Job security, very less layoffs.

Low salary hikes, hardly rare position level changes, long running products sometimes cause monotonous work
