Salary on time..time to time increments. Good work life balance.

Poor work culture....no respect of our planning & scheduling department...Only given Manager designation no teams assigned under me....so if you go to leave nobody there to back you up..There will be loads of work pressure at Kolkata Project location but HO people will make you do internal works with pressure.

To be honest it is a very good organization, but you leave people not company. Department culture is pathetic

...t treated with respect and you need to put your self respect aside to work here. Salary is discussed after 6 months of joing. Job always at risk Culture of fear Very high attrition rate... Out of a team of 4, 5 resigned in 2 hears and HR didn't noticed it. Difficult to digest. Whistle blowers are always targeted and loose their jobs here

Great work culture and work life balance, given additionally perks of working in product based company. Good Job security, very less layoffs.

Low salary hikes, hardly rare position level changes, long running products sometimes cause monotonous work

Good company in terms of work life balance ,employee friendly and working hour flexibility. Management understand the employee's issue and try to resolve

Salary is not up to the mark. There is no clear path for promotion and career growth in the company. Salary hikes are also not good, and recognition is lacking.

Friendly environment, good bonuses , excellent benifits. Managers are understanding. Permanent Wfh for ladies in genuine need.

Dislikes

...not has job security but they will try to retain internally if client backs off. Salary package is average not competitive with respect to maket.
