Company takes really good care of you and the Work life Balance is really good. They pay well according to the market. Plus you will get yearly gifts and bonuses. The company trusts you here and working hours are flexible. Company conducts a lot of behavioral as well as technical trainings and you can opt for them. Resources the company provides (Laptop etc) are top quality. Delicious Cafeteria benefits at a very meagre rate as of 2020. Gym and indoor games for free (pre-pandemic)

If you are the crusader type (motivated by an intense desire to make the world a better place by solving problems that matter to markets and to society) and constantly want to get ahead, this company won't be a good fit for you. Poor work culture and project management is very bad. You have unnecessary calls almost throughout the day and you need to work in the evening and late night to finish off your assigned tasks. This could have been fixed through proper team and project management.
