Working environment is better then other NBFCs who is doing the same kind of business. Work culture is far ahead from other Banks and Financial Institution. A freedom for the taking the decision independently. A good other Benefits also provided by the Company comparing to other companies.

Dislikes

There is shortage of the Team Members and Management is not accepting the request to add a new employee in our team, so work burden will alway high.

Its a great company to work for in NBFC/ Financing industry Top management is influencial and supportive, good learning and work culture, decent work life balance and employee friendly policies. Good for spending 3-4 years.

Dislikes

Growth prospects are poor given the flat structure of organization, you continue the same work at the same level for very long time, poor on vertical growth front promotions are very slow.
